Low GWP refrigerant R-448A is available!
As the environmental impact of the refrigerant has become increasingly important in the past years, Lab Companion has launched a very low GWP and R-448A, which has lower GWP than R-449A, is now used for our temperature and humidity chamber. This climate friendly alternation reduces the GWP by 65% compared to R-404A and minimizes the environmental impact.
By 2022, the use of R-404A will be banned gradually in US, and in Europe effective 2020, any units with GWP more than 2500 will be banned. For more details, please contact us.
